I was born and raised in Connecticut. I lived and traveled around the Orient for six years and it was while I was living in Taiwan working on an M.B.A. that I became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I studied at the Taipei Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine for one year. I also studied with doctors at the Ho Ping Hospital and in their private practices for an additional year and a half. I then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA. I am currently certified with the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (Certificate #931-1212-204) and am licensed with the state of Connecticut (Lic. #33).
I have been back in my native state of CT practicing since 1991. Recognized by Cambridge's Who's Who in 2009 Press Release and nominated for Professional Of The Year in Alternative Medicine in 2010.
